The Mud Run has been The Virginia Tech Chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity's philanthropy for four years. Stretching a mile long and consisting of multiple obstacles, the Mud Run is not only a fun and electric experience but also extremely challenging. While it is expected to get muddy, the main goal is to raise money and spread awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We hope you will be able to join us to not only spread awareness of this horrible disease but also have a great time and getting muddy while doing it. See you there!
This year the proceeds from the 2017 Mud Run will be donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on behalf of Avery Shawver. Click the button below to learn more about her story.
Online registration has ended, but onsite registration is available for $10 and we will be accepting of cash and card.
Date: April 2nd

FarmHouse Fraternity has partned with Hokies kicker Joey Slye this year to raise money for LLS. In 2014, Joey's older brother, AJ Slye, was claimed by leukemia. Joey's website says, "WITH YOUR HELP we can comfort, not only patients, but also the families whose lives are flipped upside down. WITH YOUR HELP we can spread awareness of cancer treatment opportunities and ways to rally support. WITH YOUR HELP we can raise money for research to find a cure for blood borne cancers.
I NEED YOUR HELP to kick leukemia into extinction! Visit my website below, read more about AJ and about the LLS’ Man & Woman of the Year campaign, join my team, but most importantly, donate today."
Joey Slye is running for the 2017 LLS Man of the Year.
